Does the Body by Vi diet work?

Monday, December 5th, 2011

A close friend has recently been testing the Body by Vi diet. In a word, Yes. he personally, lost 6 1/2 lbs. in one week. Read what he has to say, as I interview him about his experience with the Body by Vi diet below.

Is it safe? I believe so. It consists of meal replacement shake which, honestly taste soooo good, it is hard to believe that it can be good for you…..my favorite recipe is the shake mix, with one half small banana, four or five strawberries and one cup of skim milk. Unnnnn-believable. I found that I was full, sometimes too full to the point of feeling stuffed, like I ate too many pancakes. I found my energy levels to be quite level with no apparent, crashes or slumps in the mid-morning or afternoon. The Vi-shake is made up of only the highest quality premium ingredients containing ….well, I really can’t explain it as good as their website does.

How much weight do you plan to lose? My ultimate goal……..is 110 lbs.

So you have a way to go then? Yes, but really, I’m simply amazed by this stuff. You do your weigh in, measurements and stuff, start the program. You just replace any 2 meals with a shake, and thats it. I have one in the morning another at lunch, and eat a regular supper or dinner. I haven’t really thought about snacking in the evening. After only 2 days, i stepped on the scale, you know, just to see, and boom, there it was in the glass, I actually stepped off the scale and back on, yep, I’d lost 3 lbs. It was a great feeling. You know, and I know, I don’t have time to eat properly, maybe it is just poor time management, but the fact is I wasn’t getting my proper nutrition……I’m a guy. So losing 3 lbs. in 2 days made me feel very positive about the road I am on.

Don’t you think you could manage your time better, to eat properly? Well maybe, but i’m weak willed, I guess, call it what you will, at this stage in my life I have all thes deadlines, got to be here, there, everywhere, there is only so much time in the day. So i used to stop at mcDonald’s or somewhere like that and grab something, cause i knew I had to eat. I never really thought about it before but since I’ve been on this diet, I started looking around on the net to compare what I’m doing now to what i used to do, so I found this article that said a Egg McMuffin had 300 calories, 12 grams fat, 5 grams saturated fat, 260 mg cholesterol, 820 mg sodium, and only 2 grams of fiber. And what I thought would be a healthy choice, like a sit down type breakfast was even worse!

What would you normally have for breakfast? Well forget about a muffin and a cup of black coffee! I wouldn’t last 10 minutes and I’d be wanting more, so normally, I would eat say some scrambled eggs, 3 or 4 strips of bacon, 3 pork sausages, some multi grain toast, and a glass or 2 of milk……that would keep me full but that is a 1400 calorie breakfast…

Wow! So you find this to bewiser choice for you, I think that its great, but what about the cost? Yeah, thats the great thing about this, it costs less than 4 bucks a day. I used to spend that on cans of Coke.

And you don’t any more? No, i mean, I haven’t had the craving for them like I used to, not that I dislike Coke, but I think I seemed to grab them for energy, just to keep going. I don’t seem to feel the need for one.

So you would recommend others like yourself, to try the Body by Vi? Yes, without a doubt.

And I think, so would I.

How To Lose Belly Fat – The Easy Way!

Monday, October 12th, 2009

If you’re ready to Lose Belly Fat, here are five important tips you need to read before you begin.
Just follow these five tips for losing that stubborn belly, thigh and arm fat.

Recent scientific studies have discovered a key trigger in losing this specific types of fat,
the worst kind of abdominal fat is sometimes called cellulite.

1. A important factor when you start your efforts to lose belly fat is making sure that you have a clear and easy to follow plan.
The reason why this is important is because you need to see results in order to keep a positive focus on your goal.
If you don’t have a clear and easy to follow plan, then you run the risk of derailing your efforts, losing hope, time and money,
and most importantly, your positive outlook. I don’t have to tell you how important it is to keep your esteem level up, up and up
and on the rise. Most therapists and physicans recognize the effects of low self esteem and binge eating. This will cause
a delay in seeing the results you’ve desperately been looking for and cause you to doubt the plan, and then give up altogether,
until you start another program to try again.

2. Another important consideration for losing fat fast is when you begin your fat loss diet.
It’s critical that you pick a time when your absolutely determined to succeed, a time when your full of confidence
so as to ensure you make it through the first few days, so you see and feel the results fast.
If you make sure that you stick to the plan, then you’ll be fine.

3. You don’t have to starve yourself in order to lose the belly fat, if fact, nothing could be further from the truth.
All you need to do is eat the right, tasty, and everyday foods at the right times of day and make sure that you don’t
sit on your butt every minute of the day. Get up off the couch, walk around the yard, if your shy, try walking at night,
or early morning, when the chance of you being seen by the neighbors or others is less, in other words, avoid those people
that you may bring up negative thoughts, this is especially important for people that live in small towns.

4. Instead of complicating your fat loss efforts by jumping from fad diet to fad diet and or, buying expensive ready made meals,
try it this way: Follow this simple fat loss program and then watch the belly fat melt away.
In fact, if you have tried, some of those “buy our food plans” then you will find that you will have money to spare
buying the proper foods scientists recently discovered in this revolutionary program.

5. Have you considered asking a friend to join you? Starting a mutual support group, go shopping together and buy
your fat blasting foods together, get out of the house and go for slow walks together, being sure you can carry
both carry on a conversation together without huffing and puffing as you stroll along, as you begin to burn your fat off
you’ll soon find yourself walking faster, climbing stairs faster, and smiling more.
It’s not as difficult as you might think. What you need to do is start the program, believe in it and yourself and
live your life belly fat free!

So if you really want to lose weight and that stubborn fat, follow these tips to Lose the Belly Fat – The Easy Way.

How You Can Easily Trim Off Those Extra BBQ Season Inches

How do I trim off those extra BBQ season inches and pounds? Blush

It is easy to add on a few extra pounds and inches, with entertaining friends and relatives during summer. Hosting backyard barbecues, going for brunches, late nights, maybe you rediscovered how good Paralyzers go down on a hot summers night on your deck talking about old times. So add in, a lack of sleep, well, you get the picture. Now is the perfect time to get reacquainted with the body image you want and the one you have. Take a picture of yourself, take some measurements, thighs, hips, waist and biceps, now weigh yourself, on a good scale like the EatSmart Precision Digital Bathroom Scale. Record all this information, either in a journal, or on your computer.

I recently discovered a really some cool little Apps for the Google Android phones for the HCG diet. This little miracle helps you out when your shopping, planning meals. Now I haven’t reviewed the HCG diet just yet, so I really cannot comment on it….But, the fact someone has developed this handy little application for my phone has me thinking I am going to have to check it out. The price is less than 10 bucks….

To help you keep track of your efforts, because you know I’m going to recommend getting to know your neighbourhood again…..on foot! If your don’t already have have pedometer to count steps, distance, and if you have a better model, calories burnt, you should check out the Fitbit Wireless Personal Trainer. I really like this one, I like the style and features of this one.

Combine this with the inspirationally titled journal called, I Will Get Fit This Time, that will help you keep track of your efforts on paper, I, myself am a strong believer in visualization. By simply writing down your goals, and by reaffirming your achievements, you will become a believer in yourself. If you don’t believe in yourself or your goals…….there is little hope of attaining them….so do you believe in yourself? Say Yes right now to yourself. Do it and say it, till you believe it!

Start with a short walk, get some fresh air, and warm up slowly, after 10 minutes, pick up the pace, challenge some hills, feel some pump in those legs, swing those arms, move those hips baby, your toning up and on your way to losing weight! Now circle your way back home, slow down, cool down or warm down on your way home. Reward yourself with a glass of water or two, and a orange to help get rid of the lactic acid build up. Avoid Soft drinks and junk food!

Repeat Daily

What is the best exercise there is to lose belly fat?

Friday, February 18th, 2011

PLEASE READ – im on a diet
yes i watch my food but i just dont know what exercise to do.
I am athletic & all & can run fast but i just want to lose fat ((( everywhere ))) ((( including belly fat ))) GOOD & FAST to play soccer.
PLEASE HELP =[

There’s only ONE WAY to lose fat – and that is to create a calorie deficit. However, there are two ways to create a calorie deficit – one is to decrease your food intake so you are eating less than you burn, the other is to increase your exercise and activity so you are burning more than you eat.

Of the two ways to create a calorie deficit, burning the fat is far superior to starving it. You see, cutting calories too much causes weight loss at first, but it also causes muscle loss and it eventually leads to a decrease in metabolism, so the weight loss stops. This is very common on conventional diets, right? You lose weight in the beginning, but then you hit a plateau that you just can’t break through. Cutting calories even more at this point only digs you even into a deeper "metabolic hole."

Eating more of the right foods (up to a certain point) actually increases your metabolic "heat" like putting wood on a fire. Food is energy; food is fuel, and it produces (metabolic) heat.

Exercise burns calories and creates a calorie deficit, but the real advantage of exercise over diet is that exercise increases your metabolism, dieting slows it down. Exercise also has major health benefits, while starvation can only create health problems.

So if you eat more (healthy foods) and exercise more, you get a double increase in metabolism. If you eat less and exercise less you get a double decrease in metabolism. That makes complete sense doesn’t it?

The IDEAL exercise program for fat loss has a combination of cardiovascular (aerobic) training and strength training. But ultimately, you’re not likely to stick with exercise long term unless you choose activities you enjoy – so pick something you enjoy, even if it doesn’t follow the guidelines of "traditional" fat loss programs. It’s better to do something than nothing, and all exercise counts.

Some people may have orthopedic problems which limit the type of exercise they can do. But nearly everyone can walk. So if you can walk, then walk. And almost everyone can do some type of strength training. Instead of focusing on what you can’t do or what you don’t like to do, direct your attention to what you CAN do and what you would like to do.

Maybe you don’t like being couped up inside all the time. Maybe you’d prefer hiking or jogging outside. Or maybe boxing or martial arts sounds cool to you. Maybe you like basketball or tennis. Maybe you’d enjoy classes, or yoga or pilates. Your options are nearly unlimited, but you have to do something or your body will begin to deteriorate.

As you increase your lean muscle mass, you’ll also get a permanent increase in your resting metabolic rate. Muscle is what drives your metabolism, keeps you young and makes you look more physically attractive. Others will notice how good you look, and you’ll feel better about yourself too. Yes, you may lose weight from diet alone, but you’re likely to end up a "skinny fat person" with a slow metabolism and very little lean body mass (not to mention, you’ll probably gain back all the fat)

Last, but not least, be careful what you say to yourself over and over because that tends to program your subconscious mind and create your self image. If you’ve been repeating to yourself for years, "I’m not big on exercise" or "I’m not an exercise person", that eventually becomes a part of your identity. You always tend to behave in alignment with your identity in order to stay "true to yourself."

Maybe when you look in the mirror after just a few weeks and see your body start to change you’ll begin to like enjoy exercise a LOT. It can get addictive, you know. The endorphins that are released when you exercise are like opiates. Ever hear of "runners HIGH?" Ever hear of an "exercise addict?" What would YOU rather be hooked on? Forget about popping pills, Your body is the most exquisite pharmacy on the planet. Exercise is a better fat burner, health creator, energy producer and anti-depressant than any man-made drug will EVER be. Exercise can be fun and FEEL GOOD too.

Human beings were meant to move. Bodies don’t lose their function by being used too much and "wearing out", they lose their function by not being used enough and "rusting out." So if the positive benefits of exercise don’t motivate you enough, then just picture yourself 10, 20 years from now and imagine what will happen to you if you DON’T start exercising today.

How can I lose belly fat without losing too much weight?

Friday, December 10th, 2010

I am 15 years old (male) and I have belly fat and lovehandles. Albeit, I am not obese or overweight, I still would like to lose belly fat and slim down my stomach area. I heard that cardio can make you lose fat but I am worried that if I do too much cardio that I will lose a lot of weight. Any advice on how to lose the belly fat without losing too much weight on cardio exercises? Also is it advisable to lose the belly fat first and then concentrate on ab toning afterwards? Or maybe its better to do the ab muscle training along with the cardio?

P.S. can you also tell me how long the whole process will take?

If you are doing lots of cardio, which is good for your heart and body, and do not want to lose weight but some fats, then you can eat more complex carbs and lean protein. The protein will enable you to turn them into muscles, if you weight train.

Overall, eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise, you will not have problem losing some fats.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

What would be the best way to lose belly fat & love handles fast?

Wednesday, November 25th, 2009

I want to be in better shape by the time summer rolls around. I have a little bit of belly fat and love handles, and even some inner thigh fat. Can anyone tell me the best way to lose that fast without involving any diet pills or anything like that. I want pure exercise, I want to lose at least 10 to 15 pounds in around six weeks. Please, let me know if you have an exercise plan or tips at least, to help me achieve this.
The best exercise to help tone the love handles are side bends. These place direct stress on the external oblique muscles forcing them to tone and shape up. Side bends are done by standing straight with knees slightly bent and feet apart, then slowly lower the trunk a few inches to the left side then back again to do the right side. Try to keep the body and legs in line by not bending forwards or backwards. Another great exercise to lose love handles is torso twists. The abdominals are composed of 3 layers of muscles which slide over each other, torso twists help tone the transverse abdominis muscle tightening the love handles. While standing firmly with feet shoulder width apart, the torso twists gently to the left side then to the right while at the same time trying to limit the movement from the hips. During the movements the torso should always remain upright, there should be no bending involved. Care should also be taken not to twist too far as its easy to pull a muscle when exercising the love handles!

What is a good balanced diet if your trying to lose belly fat?

Monday, October 19th, 2009

What are some foods, drinks, ect that would be good for me to eat to lose alot of belly fat.

Hi,

After reading your question I saw you were interested in optimizing your nutrition [(-:] so I thought I would give you some pointers I have learned the hard way from my own bad ‘uninformed’ choices so you could learn about good advice and bad advice.

A ‘reference’ diet plan is given below in PS1 that I have found to be the best possible nutrition for me to cure my heart disease problem from too many carbs for too long. It is also the best diet to help with my present health issues – that I know are cholesterol and calcium related because these foods are triggers for me now.

I used to be an old advocate of Atkins diet before I knew what I now know, so nowadays I do not recommend Atkins high protein and fat diet for long term but would always recommend a "high- nutrition" 96% VEGAN diet replacing most meat with lentils – but many people will not do this. Sooo even though I give a diet plan in PS1 below, let me share a little first to help you understand how losing and gaining weight can best be done to be stronger and healthier for the long term.

You may already know this but if not let me first explain that keeping to a plan that fights against bad habits that might be on the verge of seriously tearing down your body is sometimes pretty tough – but being fit and strong versus being overweight and/or sickly is all about (1) how many calories you eat versus how many you burn and (2) IF your calories are primarily the BEST QUALITY PROTEINS or primarily junk sugar-carbs.

Please consider that it is not just how few cabs and fats and how much lean protein you eat in order to become ’stronger,’ but how many absorbable non-toxic vitamin and minerals are obtained from the protein or fats you would eat.

For instance, egg whites have 89% protein, but egg whites are similar in its nutrition per calorie as to eating sweet corn that usually has only about 15% protein. So even though the higher protein egg whites ‘look’ good IF ALL you look at is the protein content, it is really not much better for you than sweet corn.

Not good if you understand that they identified the pellagra problem in the 1930’s south was the result of the high calories and minimal amounts of vitamins and minerals caused by a diet of primarily sweet corn. [See: <> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pellagra <>] This disease has identical long term health effects as the scurvy and beriberi problems that are also a result of eating too many calories with not enough nutrients. They cured pellagra in dogs by giving them liver and brewers yeast, but the problem with these are the long term effects of cholesterol in the liver and the short term toxic effects of elemental copper in the brewers yeast that is the rust residue from the vats the yeast is grown in.

A similar lesser nutrition choice would be when eating tenderloin versus spinach. Boiled spinach has about 56% protein to beef tenderloin’s 61% protein, but spinach has almost 700%, or seven times, the vitamin and minerals of tenderloin calorie per calorie. The problem with spinach is that the spinach calories would cost about ten times the cost of beef calories. Spending $50 per day to eat several pounds of spinach may make any animal as strong as an elite triple-crown race horse, but few people can afford to spend that much for their food – so meat protein is what people typically consume. Even so, many longevity experts like Roy L. Walford, M.D. and Joel Fuhrman M. D. encourage their clients to eat 200 calories of leafy greens a day – which ‘might’ cost about $10 per day but it is a small price to pay when considering the strength, longevity, and good health it would promote. Dr. T. Colin Campbell would also agree with this regimen.

Take a few minutes to understand ‘good’ nutritional advice versus poor advice and I hope you will have learned something from my ‘mistakes’ that will soon help you along your way.

<><

My best to you and for your good health,
A1
[(-:]

PS1 – This is my diet plan since I became a 96% VEGAN:
+
Your body’s fat with no water in it has 9 calories per gram which is about 4091 calories per pound of fat. The number usually used for body fat is 3500 calories which ‘assumes’ 14.4% water in an average person’s fat, but this would depend upon if you ate salty or spicy foods a-lot before you would start a new regimen. Protein is 4 calories per gram whether you eat it or burn it from your own body, so if you burn your own your muscles will never have a-lot of cells that are decades old ‘if’ you stay active. I choose to lose 2 pounds a week of fat by reducing 500 calories a day and adding exercise five times a week. Walking is 80 cal/mile for a 150 pound person and 110 cal/mile for 200 pounds. Also, you will lose a lot of water weight when you eliminate salt and spicy foods, probably about four to five to ten pounds the first two weeks.
+
To minimize the meat-cholesterol in my own diet I have seen that the requirements of B12 can only be obtained from eating 6 ounces of beef heart every week for 16% Cholesterol, or 11 oz of beef round steak every week for 11% Cholesterol, or 1 oz of beef liver every week for 4% Cholesterol and never chicken since for B12 it would require a whopping 175 ozs per week and a whopping 201% cholesterol a day. Soo I suppose I am a 96% VEGAN in order to satisfy the USDA’s B12 Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDAs) that ‘they’ recommend be obtained directly from food sources.

I crock pot for 12 hours ground up beef heart and eat it with lentils and spinach in one meal to improve the foods passage through my gut to the stool and to buffer my digestion/elimination since eating meat alone ‘used_to’ cause reddish stools for me.

For each 1400 calorie day I eat 100 calories of squeeze drained spinach with a light_sugar_vinaigrette, 600 cals from 15 ozs of organic lentils w/ 100 cals of tomato marinara, or since I might be allergic in my gut to nightshade tomatoes I recently began using onion flake-powder instead of tomatoes, [SEE<>http://www.tomatocasual.com/2008/03/01/tomato-allergies-part-i/#comment-10748 <>], 75 calories of boiled celery, 175 calories of boiled broccoli, 100 calories of sesame seeds, and no_more_than 200 calories of ‘meat’ which is about 4 ozs, and rarely rarely boiled chicken, since chicken has only ~68% the nutrition per calorie of properly grown lentils and only 7% the B12 for the equal calories from beef round steak. Beef heart has ~127% the nutrition per calorie of ‘organically’ grown lentils and organic spinach has ~500%, five times per calorie of lentils.

Again, I hope this helps you or others to understand good choices.

How to lose belly fat or lose weight? please share some tips and suggestions?

Monday, October 19th, 2009

Please share some suggestions and tips to lose belly fat or lose weight. Thanks.

This is my theory and this is what works for me. Everyone is different so it may need to be adjusted to your own personal needs.

Energy In/Energy Out

Food Intake: 1,200 Per Day

One Pound equals 3,500 Calories

To loose one pound per day, You need to burn your food intake plus your one pound of fat

1,200 (intake) + 3,500 (Outtake) = 4,700 Calories Burn

You must burn at least 4,700 Calories everyday to loose one pound at least. It is very easy to go up and beyond 4,700 calories each day.

Best way to do this is to track your progress on a calorie counter monitor watch. If you do it by the numbers you can loose the weight. It is just a matter of changing the way you think about weight loss.

Once you start wearing your calorie counter you can see the numbers increase and you fill find yourself doing extra things in your day, like tapping your foot while waiting at the light in your car, chewing gum, singing out loud and so on onto of your workout routines. You begin to see that everything you do in your day contributes to the overall numbers needed to loose that pound.

I, myself, have done this recently. Two weeks later, I lost one pant size and 10 pounds. And that is just my current progress. I have used this method previously after childbirth and have gone from 168 to 127 pounds with in two months.

I personally burn 1,000 calories by Walking in my community for one hour in the morning and I also burn 1,000 calories by simply using a stationary bike while playing xbox. I get so involved in playing xbox that I completely forget I am pedaling or working out. Think about it..How many hours have you spent playing video games..why not burn calories while you are doing it.

___

Water Intake/Less Storage

Most people do not get enough water in their system. Water is your body’s principal chemical component, comprising, on average, 60 to 80 percent of your weight. Every system in your body depends on water. For example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues.

Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don’t have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions. To determine if you are getting enough water use this simple formula.. Take your weight, for example 150 pounds and divide by 2. Take your answer which is 75 lbs and change it to ounces, in this case 75 ounces. That is how many ounces of water you need a day. Your body performs mostly on water. If you make sure you get enough water everyday your body will perform at top notch and your body will no longer have the cravings of junk food. You will have a better performing body system to help you work out and feel better thru out your day.

____

Good Food

My favorite things to eat:

Avocado Wraps

Simple: Low Carb Tortilla, Half Avocado sliced, alpha sprouts, lettuce, soy bacon…Just wrap it up and eat. You can vary the things you put inside so long as you keep it to approx 4 or 5 items. You want to make sure they are fresh, low calorie and filling. Avocado and mushrooms can replace meats in your meal and still have great taste.

Special K Cereals are fantastic. They have that sweetness that one craves and is so good for you. Calories are low. Great for even just dinner.

First thing in the morning…A Glass of Chocolate Milk. Yup!! Chocolate Milk. We all crave that "got to have" item in the morning. Milk is the best thing you can have for yourself while working out. The chocolate (and you can use Carnation Instant Milk for this but I simply use Nestle dry mix) will give you that sweet "snack" that you need. If you give your body a little bit of it and its in a control way, you will not crave sweets and junk the rest of the day.

Lean Cuisines

Fantastic food! Each meal is approx 180 t0 380 calories per box. So think about your calories. 1,200…You can still have several of these meals a day and still be under your intake requirements.

It’s all about the numbers and watching what you take in and what you burn out. And you know what..If you go over your 1,200 mark for food intake…that’s okay…you simple up your total calories burned for the day by what you took it. So long as you burn off the over all calories to be more than your food intake. Just make sure you stick too it so you can reach your weight loss goals.

Fruits and Veggies

All you want on the schedule listed below.
Bananas are my favorite. They are very filling and can make a meal all on their own.

____

Vitamins

My favorite is ONE A DAY WITH ENERGY…I am in love with this vitamin because I am just like everyone else who loves those quick fix energy drinks. But what people do not realize is that energy drinks can contain 120 to 440 calories in just ONE Can. If you think about it..That is HALF of your allowed calories for food intake. The best alternative I have found is One a day with energy vitamin. Easy to spot, it is packaged in a green label bottle. Just One vitamin a day will give you as much energy as approx. 1 1/2 cans of red bull…WITHOUT the calorie intake.
WoW..now your making progress already because you have made more room in your intake calories for actual healthy food.

_____

Soda/Carbonation

Carbonation is terrible for your system because it bloats your stomach. And when your stomach bloats, your jeans just don’t fit. You can drop one pant size simply by NOT drinking any carbonated drinks all together..Take away the bloat and you have instantly just made it one pant size lower. Besides, Sodas dehydrate you and with that One a Day Vitamin, you won’t need the Caffeine in the soda and it will also cut out those extra calories that you don’t need.
So remove that soda and the energy drinks and just think how much calories you just instantly removed from your daily intake. I normally consume what…four sodas and two energy drinks in one day…that is a total of …. 900 calories. Of what??? Nothing…Those are horrible calories and calories that can be replaced by food which will fuel your body for your day and your workouts.

____

Your Body

Your body is like a computer. You must program your body to do what it is suppose to do so it won’t crash and leave you with a virus. Your stomach is only the size of your fist. So think about it right now, Look at your hand and close your fist. Not very big is it. That is how much food you actually ONLY need to eat, each time you eat for every meal. If you eat anything more than that, you will stretch out your stomach which causes overeating and overweight.

What you need to do is eat every three hours, approx 5 to 7 times everyday around the same time. If you are always giving your body healthy and better food choices (the size of your fist) every three hours, your body will know you are giving it food. It will use that food properly. It will not go into starvation mode or store food away for later because it knows…it will get more in three hours. So what does your body do…it flushes everything out of your system because it doesn’t need it.. Now it knows…you wont’ forget about it and that food is on its way.

____

Walking Buddy

This is the best thing especially for woman. Get a walking buddy. One hour everyday. Just think about how much talking, venting and laughing two woman can do together while walking and yup, you guessed it…it just burns more calories and reduces your stress. You now are more relaxed because you can talk and free yourself of whatever is frustrating you while getting into shape.
